Talent Attraction Partnership Commitment Form

Thank you for your interest in the Talent Attraction Partnership (TAP)!

Employers who participate in TAP agree to donate $1,000 to FFW in support of the follow-on advertising efforts which will flow from the study supported by a WEDC Capacity Building Grant. The donation to Family Friendly Workplaces is tax deductible, and 100% of the donation will be utilized in support of marketing efforts.

This form commits your organization to contributing in support of TAP. When it is time to collect funding and apply it towards marketing efforts, we will reach out to the individual noted below and request a check.

By completing this form, your organization:

Commits to a one-time contribution of $1,000 to Family Friendly Workplaces in support of Family Friendly Workplace's Talent Attraction Partnership; and
Agrees to remit to Family Friendly Workplaces $1,000 upon request by Family Friendly Workplaces for use in marketing content development, placement, and related expenses under TAP.
