Woodville, Wisconsin - Family Friendly Workplaces announced today that Bremer Bank has been re-certified as a Family Friendly Workplace. The certification signals to prospective and current Team Members that Bremer is committed to supporting them and their families.

“Bremer is pleased to continue supporting families in the communities we serve, and to be re-certified as Family Friendly,” said Heather McAbee, Consumer Banking Manager. “Our Team Member’s success is our success. We are also proud to support efforts to strengthen the families and local businesses who are the cornerstone of the communities we serve.”

In addition to their recertification, Bremer has further agreed to continue as a Corporate Sponsor of Family Friendly Workplaces, providing critical financial support for the non-profit.

“Bremer’s support will allow us to continue to work to elevate the success of families in Polk, Pierce, and St. Croix Counties,” said Neil Kline, Chief Evangelist for Family Friendly Workplaces. “Their recertification and support demonstrates the importance of families to healthy businesses and communities.”

As part of the certification process, Family Friendly Workplaces conducts a thorough review of the employer’s human resources policies and practices, awarding points for policies and practices which support families. Bremer can use the Family Friendly Workplaces logo and certification in their recruitment and retention efforts.

In addition to becoming re-certified and a corporate sponsor, and as part of their commitment to supporting Family Friendly nonprofits, Bremer is contributing $300 to a local non-profit focused on children or families through the Family Friendly Workplaces nonprofit conduit. This donation represents a portion of the overall sponsorship donation to Family Friendly Workplaces, and will provide an immediate benefit to children and families.
