Kimberly, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) announced today that Child Care Resource & Referral Inc. (CCR&R) has officially been certified as a Family Friendly Workplace. This certification highlights CCR&R’s commitment to creating a supportive environment for both current and prospective team members, recognizing the importance of policies and practices that prioritize the well-being of employees and their families.

As part of the certification process, FFW conducts a thorough review of the employer’s human resources policies and practices, awarding points for policies and practices that support families. CCR&R can use the FFW logo and certification in its recruitment and retention efforts.
