F&M Plastics Earns Gold-Level Certification as a Family-Friendly Workplace
Osceola, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) recently announced that F&M Plastics of Osceola has earned gold-level certification as a Family Friendly Workplace. This prestigious certification highlights F&M Plastics' commitment to creating a workplace that supports and values the needs of its employees and their families.
“We are honored to be recognized as a gold-level Family Friendly Workplace,” said Jeff Kaiser President at F&M Plastics. “Our goal is to create an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally. This certification reaffirms our commitment to supporting our team and their families.”
To achieve this certification, F&M Plastics underwent a detailed evaluation of its human resources policies and practices. The review focused on several key areas, including healthcare benefits, parental leave policies, flexible work arrangements, childcare support, and more. With this certification, F&M Plastics is now authorized to use the Family Friendly Workplaces logo in its marketing materials and will have access to a variety of valuable resources to further enhance its family-friendly policies.
“We are thrilled to welcome F&M Plastics into the family,” said Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. “Their dedication to fostering a family-friendly workplace sets a strong example for others in our area.”
F&M Plastics becomes the latest employer to be certified under the Family Friendly Workplaces Certification Program. As part of this certification, F&M Plastics made a conduit contribution to the Community Referral Agency in Milltown. The CRA provides crisis shelter to survivors of violence.
