Family Support Center Has Been Certified as a Family Friendly Workplace

Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) announced today that Family Support Center has officially been certified as a Family Friendly Workplace. This designation highlights the organization’s strong commitment to creating a supportive environment for both current and future team members, with policies and practices that put the well-being of employees and their families first.

“At Family Support Center, we believe supporting work-life balance is vital to the well-being and success of our team,” said Becce Woestman, Parent Services Program Director of Family Support Center. “This certification affirms our commitment to building a workplace culture where employees feel valued and supported—both personally and professionally. When we take care of our staff, we strengthen our organization as well as the families and communities we serve.”

As part of the certification process, FFW conducts a thorough review of the employer’s human resources policies and practices, awarding points for policies and practices that support families. Family Support Center can use the FFW logo and certification in its recruitment and retention efforts.

“We are pleased to certify Family Support Center as a Family Friendly Workplace,” said Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. “Their dedication to supporting employees and families reflects the core values of our mission, and we are honored to recognize them as a partner in this effort.”

Family Support Center certification represents an important step in FFW’s statewide expansion. Any employer interested in becoming certified is invited to learn more at www.familyfriendlyworkplaces.org.
