Johnson Motors First Auto Dealer Certified as Family Friendly

New Richmond, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) is delighted to announce Johnson Motors' recent achievement of gold-level certification as a Family Friendly Workplace, showcasing their exceptional commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for employees and their families.

"At Johnson Motors, we take great pride in achieving gold-level certification from Family Friendly Workplaces," stated Sasha Rondeau, HR Director of Johnson Motors’ Auto Group. "This recognition underscores our steadfast commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our employees and cultivating a family-friendly workplace culture. As a family owned business for almost 100 years, we understand the importance of supporting our employees as professionals and as individuals."

FFW conducted a comprehensive evaluation of Johnson Motors' human resources policies and practices, granting gold-level certification in recognition of the organization's outstanding support for families and children. This certification allows Johnson Motors to display the Family Friendly Workplaces logo in their marketing and recruitment efforts, as well as providing access to various resources.

"We warmly welcome Johnson Motors into the Family Friendly Workplaces program," said Neil Kline, Executive Director of FFW. "Their commitment to creating a family-friendly workplace aligns perfectly with our mission, and we look forward to supporting their ongoing efforts in this regard."

As part of their participation, Johnson Motors has directed their annual contribution to a nonprofit organization that supports families. This year, the donation will be channeled through the Family Friendly Workplaces Conduit to the New Richmond Area Community Foundation.

The challenges in Western Wisconsin's long-term human resources landscape require a strategic approach for resolution. The Family Friendly Workplaces Certification Program aims to assist employers in competing for talent today while strategically addressing this persistent issue.
