Krumm Exteriors Recognized for Gold-Level Certification as Family Friendly Workplace and Philanthropic Support

New Richmond, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces celebrated Krumm Exteriors’ continued certification as a gold-level Family Friendly Workplace, highlighting their steadfast dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment for their employees and their families.

"Receiving gold-level certification from Family Friendly Workplaces is a true honor for us at Krumm Exteriors," said Penny Austad, Owner of Krumm Exteriors. "This recognition echoes our enduring commitment to prioritizing the well-being of our employees and nurturing a family-friendly workplace ethos."

Following a comprehensive evaluation of Krumm Exteriors' human resources policies and practices, Family Friendly Workplaces awarded them gold-level certification, acknowledging the company's exemplary support for families and children. This recognition grants Krumm Exteriors the privilege of displaying the Family Friendly Workplaces logo in their marketing and recruitment endeavors, along with access to an array of other resources.

Moreover, Krumm Exteriors has gone beyond certification by demonstrating its dedication to the broader community through philanthropic endeavors. As a corporate sponsor of Family Friendly Workplaces, Krumm Exteriors not only reaffirms its commitment to family-friendly values but also significantly contributes to addressing regional workforce challenges.

"We truly appreciate Krumm Exteriors for their generous support," said Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. "Their sponsorship not only resonates with our mission but also plays a pivotal role in our ongoing efforts to cultivate family-friendly workplaces throughout the region."

In addition to their corporate sponsorship, Krumm Exteriors makes an annual contribution to a nonprofit organization supporting families. This year, the donation was directed through the Family Friendly Workplaces Conduit to Grace Place in New Richmond.

As Western Wisconsin grapples with long-term human resources challenges, Family Friendly Workplaces recognizes the necessity of a strategic approach to attract and retain top talent. The Family Friendly Workplaces Certification Program is designed to not only meet the needs of employers today but to also strategically address future workforce challenges.
