Osceola Medical Center Certified as a Gold-Level Family Friendly Workplace

Osceola, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) announced Osceola Medical Center's recent achievement of gold-level certification as a Family Friendly Workplace, a testament to their outstanding commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for employees and their families.

"At Osceola Medical Center, we are proud to be recognized with gold-level certification by Family Friendly Workplaces," said Kelly Macken-Marble, CEO of Osceola Medical Center. "This acknowledgment reflects our unwavering dedication to prioritizing the well-being of our employees and fostering a family-friendly workplace culture."

FFW conducted a thorough evaluation of Osceola Medical Center's human resources policies and practices, awarding gold-level certification based on the organization's exemplary support for families and children. This recognition enables Osceola Medical Center to display the Family Friendly Workplaces logo in their marketing and recruitment efforts, along with access to an array of other resources.

Going above and beyond the certification, Osceola Medical Center has also demonstrated its commitment to the broader community by becoming a corporate sponsor of Family Friendly Workplaces. This sponsorship not only reinforces Osceola Medical Center's dedication to family-friendly values but also contributes significantly to addressing regional workforce challenges.

"We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Osceola Medical Center for their generous support," said Neil Kline, Executive Director of FFW. "Their sponsorship plays a vital role in our ongoing efforts to encourage family friendly workplaces across the region."

In addition to the corporate sponsorship, Osceola Medical Center directed their annual contribution to a nonprofit organization supporting families. This year, the donation will be directed through the Family Friendly Workplaces Conduit to the Mental Health Task Force of Polk County.

Western Wisconsin faces a long-term human resources challenge which demands a strategic approach to address. The Family Friendly Workplaces Certification Program is designed to help employers compete for talent today, while also strategically addressing this long-term problem.
