Studio EA Earns Gold-Level Certification as a Family-Friendly Workplace

Hudson, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) is pleased to announce that Studio EA, an architectural design firm based in Hudson, has been certified as a gold-level Family Friendly Workplace. This recognition highlights Studio EA’s commitment to creating a work environment that values and supports its employees and their families.

“At Studio EA, we understand the importance of balancing work and family life,” said Tyler Westfield, Partner of Studio EA. “This certification reflects our efforts to provide a supportive workplace where our team can thrive both professionally and personally.”

Studio EA earned this certification following a detailed evaluation of its workplace policies, including flexible work arrangements, parental leave, healthcare benefits, and family-focused support initiatives. In addition to these internal efforts, Studio EA made a conduit contribution to Operation Help and the Hudson Backpack Program.

“We’re proud to welcome Studio EA as a certified Family Friendly Workplace,” said Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. “Their dedication to supporting employees and giving back to the community is a great example of what it means to be family-friendly.”

This certification allows Studio EA to use the Family Friendly Workplaces logo in its marketing materials and access resources to further enhance its family-friendly initiatives. The firm’s efforts not only benefit current employees but also reinforce its appeal to prospective talent seeking a workplace that values work-life balance.
