Thriving Wisconsin Has Been Certified as a Family Friendly Workplace

Madison, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) announced today that Thriving Wisconsin has officially been certified as a Family Friendly Workplace. This certification highlights their commitment to creating a supportive environment for both current and prospective team members, recognizing the importance of policies and practices that prioritize the well-being of employees and their families.

“At Thriving Wisconsin, we’re dedicated to supporting families, child care providers, and communities by expanding access to high-quality early childhood education,” said Heidi Luft, Executive Director of Thriving Wisconsin. “We’re honored to help lay strong foundations for children’s futures and to empower the caregivers who nurture them.”

As part of the certification process, FFW conducts a thorough review of the employer’s human resources policies and practices, awarding points for policies and practices that support families. Thriving Wisconsin can use the FFW logo and certification in its recruitment and retention efforts.

“We are proud to recognize Thriving Wisconsin as a certified Family Friendly Workplace,” said Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces. “As a longtime partner, their work across our shared service areas aligns closely with our mission, and we value the strong collaboration we’ve built together.”

Thriving Wisconsin’s certification represents an important step in FFW’s statewide expansion.
