Western Wisconsin Health is Recertified as a Family Friendly Workplace
Baldwin, Wisconsin – Family Friendly Workplaces is proud to announce that Western Wisconsin Health (WWH) has been recertified as a Gold-Level Family Friendly Workplace. This recognition underscores WWH’s ongoing dedication to fostering a workplace where employees can successfully balance their personal and professional responsibilities.
“At Western Wisconsin Health, we are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees and their families,” said Erin Benson, Chief Human Resources Officer of WWH. “Being recertified as a Family Friendly Workplace reflects the culture we’ve built—one that values compassion, flexibility, and community.”
As part of this commitment, WWH continues to give back to the local community. This year, the organization made a generous donation to the Baldwin Community Food Pantry, helping local families access essential resources and reinforcing WWH’s mission to promote community wellness.
Neil Kline, Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces, praised WWH’s continued leadership: “We’re honored to recognize Western Wisconsin Health once again. Their investment in family-friendly practices and local nonprofits sets a strong example for other employers in the region.”
The recertification process includes a comprehensive review of policies and programs that support work-life balance and family well-being. With this designation, WWH proudly continues as a leading member of a growing network of certified Family Friendly Workplaces, reinforcing its role as an employer of choice in Western Wisconsin.
